According to doubledown themself, they will not refund chips from promotion codes.
The two 1 millions code you used, they may have disappeared because you did not play once with em.
This happened to me a couple of time with these codes.
Re: disapearing chips
If you look at the DATE of this post, it was back in AUGUST when 80% of the players were ALL dealing with the same issue during a time DDC was having problems with codes/chips going missing. So I do not need to QUOTE anyone seeing how our FB page was filled with POST from others who DID finally get their MISSING chips back and posted stating so..xoxid wrote:Can you quote anyone who got their chips back?Pink wrote:Contact support, as many others have been receiving credit for the same issue!!jcmoore43 wrote:Last night used 2 codes for a million each. In general, NO, DDC does not compensate/refund for promotion codes, however when a situation like what happened back in August takes place, they do make exceptions!!

Gift wheel a joke also. 3 people told me they answered my invite,,,, but i never saw the million from any of them. Will NOT buy any more.
Re: disapearing chips
